$120K in Dunkin’ Donuts scholarships available

Students interested in applying for $120,000 in scholarships, including one $20,000 grant, from Dunkin’ Donuts, have until March 15 to submit applications.
Dunkin’ Donuts’ franchisees in Rhode Island and Bristol County, Mass., are participating in the company’s 20th year of offering the funding, which helps pay college tuition.
This year, besides awarding 100 college-bound high school seniors with $1,000 scholarships, Dunkin’ Donuts will surprise one other recipient with a $20,000 scholarship to be used for college tuition. Interested applicants can visit any Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant in Rhode Island or Bristol County for more information on how to apply.
The Dunkin’ Donuts scholarship program is managed by Scholarship America. Applications have been available since Feb. 1.
Over the past two decades, the company’s franchisees have provided more than $2 million in tuition assistance grants through this annual program.
“We are so proud to have reached this amazing milestone with the Dunkin’ Donuts Scholarship,” said Joe Prazeres, a Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee. “Since starting the program, we have had the opportunity to make achieving a college education just a little more attainable for thousands of local students and their families, and we look forward to continuing that mission for years to come.”
