WARWICK – Approximately 400 members of Rhode Island’s business community gathered Thursday evening at the Aldrich Mansion to celebrate the career achievements and potential of Providence Business News’ 2016 40 Under Forty honorees.
Joined by family, friends and co-workers, the 40 winners are a diverse collection of the state’s intellectual capital. From food manufacturing executives, medical practitioners and bankers to retail food chain managers and entrepreneurs, the honorees represented a broad cross-section of those helping the Ocean State move forward. The 18 women and 22 men include immigrants, the next generation of local family businesses or just people who came to Rhode Island for a job and now contribute to the state’s economy in real ways.
The members of the 40 Under Forty Class of 2016 were selected from among more than 150 applicants. To see the list of this year’s winners, click HERE.
