EAST GREENWICH – During a fundraising gala at the Newport Marriott, in celebration of its 30th anniversary serving Rhode Islanders, RE/MAX in Rhode Island raised more than $16,000 in support of Hasbro Children’s Hospital as well as Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, of which Hasbro Children’s Hospital is a partner.
The keynote speaker was Dr. Phyllis Dennery, pediatrician-in-chief and medical director for Hasbro Children’s Hospital and chair of the department of pediatrics for The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Master of Ceremonies, Len Iannuccilli, broker-owner of RE/MAX Professionals in East Greenwich and chair of the event, welcomed the more than 150 guests.

Noting the company’s 30th anniversary and international expansion, he said: “This was the perfect opportunity to gather together to give back and support Hasbro Children’s Hospital and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.”
Additionally, 4-year-old Kyrie White of Cranston, who was named the Hasbro Children’s Hospital 2016 CMNH Champion for facing his ongoing medical condition with courage and resolve, attended with his parents, Nicole and Garrick White, to share their story.
Over the past 16 years, RE/MAX in Rhode Island has raised more than $373,000 in support of Hasbro Children’s Hospital and RE/MAX International has donated more than $147 million to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
