Get the weekend starting early by heading to happy hour in Federal Hill. The Grande, a boutique French restaurant, will offer half-price bar bites with the purchase of any cocktail evenings Tuesday through Friday. Featured bar bites include grilled romaine heart with hard-boiled egg, lobster brioche, duck wings, Kobe burgers and more. Most items on the menu are regularly priced from $7 to $11, but range from $3.50 to $5.50 during the promotion.
