Airport-Patriots train service resumes

PROVIDENCE – Train service between T.F. Green and Gillette Stadium will resume Friday and run for all home Patriots games, the R.I. Department of Transportation and Rhode Island Airport Corporation announced Thursday.

The first train will leave T.F. Green Station at 6:05 p.m. Friday and take passengers to Foxboro in time for the 8 p.m. kickoff against Tampa Bay. The train will depart the stadium 30 minutes after the end of the game.

Tickets are $15 round trip. T.F. Green Station parking has been discounted to $5 for the special event train.

The train will run for pre-season, regular season and any post season home games.
