Alan Lacher has been promoted to president of CustomTech Software, a newly branded division of Custom Computer Specialists. After having more than 10 years of prior experience, he joined the company in 2004 as director, and he was promoted to vice president in 2007 and chief operating officer in 2011. He holds a BBA in management information systems and business administration from the State University of New York Albany. •
