Alert Solutions announces worldwide support team

PROVIDENCE – Alert Solutions announced on Oct. 28 the recent expansion of its customer-support team, which will now provide round-the-clock phone and email support in every time zone around the world.

This global support initiative will provide automated routing of inbound customer support calls based on their calling location, language requirement and time zone, Alert Solutions said.

“Being customer-centric is important to us,” says Dave Baeder, CEO of Alert Solutions. “We want our customers to know that we hear them and their feedback is valuable. That feedback is a big part of the reason we’ve undergone this global expansion.”

The expansion of the worldwide customer support team emphasizes Alert Solutions’ commitment to providing highly effective service and support to better address the needs of its customers, including international customers in Vietnam, Canada, Guam, China and elsewhere across the globe.
