Ambar Espinoza has been appointed environmental reporter at Rhode Island Public Radio. Previously, she served as environmental reporting fellow at the Metcalf Institute for Marine and Environmental Reporting and as a reporter for Minnesota Public Radio. She holds a B.A. in political science from American University in Washington, D.C., and an M.A. in education from the University of Washington. •
