Surviving 104 years in catering, or any industry, is no simple feat. Our success stems from the values my grandfather passed on to my father, then on to me:
» Start with only the best product and do not vary.
» Bend over backwards to serve your customers and fellow workers.
» Possess a dynamic work ethic, but maintain balance with your personal values.
Following these tenets, we work hard to stay in tune with the changing, more discerned pallets of our current and future clients. Be it a bride or an executive-meeting planner, their expectations are for crisp, clean, exemplary service.
Being a large events and catering company – annual sales are $15 million – is not our selling point to individual clients. They are looking for individuality and customization, done with a certain flair and grace.
Keeping that in mind, we have cultivated seven exclusive catering venues, and numerous venue and event partnerships. Our clients are the beneficiaries of these community connections.
Operating in tandem with these venues and events allows us to revitalize them and thus give back while consistently expanding our reach from Cape Cod to Worcester to Connecticut and all throughout Rhode Island.
Looking toward our next 100 years as part of the catering and events industry, our prosperity will depend on: keeping on the pulse of catering trends; seamless planning; delicious, innovative cuisine; and remarkable service. And as always, the need to surpass each client's expectations. •
