Andy McWilliams has been appointed executive chef of the Carnegie Abbey Club. McWilliams, who previously served as the executive sous chef, will focus on presenting local produce, meat and seafood. In the past, he has worked at restaurants across the country, and spent more than five years at Castle Hill Inn. He holds an associate degree in culinary arts from Culinary Institute of America. •
