Ann M. Kashmanian has been named chief financial officer of University Medicine. She has been employed in financial management in R.I.’s health care sector since 1987, working for the last 15 years in several roles at Lifespan, most recently as senior vice president of financial operations and care management. She holds a B.A. from Holy Cross College and MBA from Northeastern University.
