Why not just sell it through the local pharmacies like any other prescription drug?

The tax and fees should be equal to other states. But why not have a state store, just like state liquor stores in NH. Or just legalize it, empty out the jails for usage, and tax it just like liquor,tobacco, and gambling.

Why do we feel the need to create new things when we already have agencies that deal with very similar problems.
