PROVIDENCE – Atrion is hosting its sixth annual AlwaysOn Leadership Symposium on May 19 at the Rhode Island Convention Center, an event focusing on personal and professional development to help leaders make a difference in their lives.

“Day in and day out we are asked to usher in change,” Atrion CEO Tim Hebert said in a statement. “In fact, when I educate on leadership, I often talk about how as individuals we tend to stay within three distinctive zones: the comfort zone, where we feel most relaxed; the learning zone, where we stretch ourselves to embrace learning opportunities; and the danger zone, where we find our true adventures.”

“As leaders, we have to be able to move comfortably among the three zones – willing to push ourselves, welcome change and embrace adventure if we hope to take leaps forward,” he added.

Hebert, along with Atrion’s Innovation Officer Chris Poe, will speak at the event. Other speakers will be announced in early 2016, as well as the symposium’s theme.
