BNY Mellon hosting panel

PROVIDENCE – BNY Mellon Wealth Management next month is holding a panel discussion focusing on the current merger and acquisition trends in the technology sector.
The one-day event will start at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 14 at the Providence Marriot Downtown, One Orms Street, Providence.
BNY Mellon, a wealth management firm with offices in Providence, says the panel should comprise “a dynamic and informative discussions about M&A trends in technology,” according to an announcement.
“Our panel of experts will discuss trends in deal activity, valuations and the sector’s segments that are attracting investors’ and acquires’ attention right now,” according to the firm.
Panelist are as follows:

  • Garin Arevian, managing director, Technology Practice MHT Midspan Investment Bank
  • David Martirano, co-founder and general partner, Point Judith Capital
  • Ben Sprecher, business development lead, commerce team, Google; former co-founder of Incentive Targeting, acquired by Google in 2012
    The event will be moderated by Guy Asadorian Jr., wealth director at BNY Mellon Wealth Management.
