The Newport County Chamber of Commerce will hold a business-before-hours event for networking from 8 to 9 a.m. at Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, 198 Thames St., Newport.

Attendees will have the opportunity to win door prizes, including $10 to Sig’s Place, two tickets to the Firehouse Theater and a one-month membership to the Newport Athletic Club. Cost: free for members, $25 nonmembers.

A voluntary $5 donation will be collected, with partial proceeds to benefit the Newport County Chamber Community Fund.
