MANSFIELD – Paul Castagliuolo will become president of the Belknap White Group, a privately held floor covering distributor, on Jan. 1.
Castagliuolo joined Belknap in 1997 as its controller and previously served as vice president of finance, chief financial officer, and most recently, executive vice president and general manager. He has an undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA from Bryant University.

Prior to joining Belknap, Castagliuolo held finance positions for Chase Manhattan Bank, Raytheon Co., The Providence Journal and Fleet Financial Group.
Castagliuolo is taking over the president position from Raymond Mancini Jr., who will continue to serve as CEO.
“Paul has been a key member of the executive team for almost 20 years and is uniquely qualified to lead us into the future. He has the skill set and work ethic that my family and I admire and appreciate. Over the years Paul has gained a tremendous amount of industry knowledge and has been integral in helping us grow our business,” Mancini said in a statement.
Castagliuolo said that he and Mancini will continue to work closely together and he is thankful for the new opportunity.
“I’m very thankful for the confidence shown in me by the Mancini family. We have created a very strong company over the years and there is more opportunity ahead of us,” he said in prepared remarks.
Founded in 1982, Belknap serves the New England, New York and New Jersey markets. Belknap has three distribution facilities and six branch locations throughout the Northeast.
