Benefits agency acquired by Digital Insurance

ATLANTA – Strategic Employee Benefit Services, which serves Providence, as well as Wellesley and Springfield, Mass., and many other cities across the U.S., has been acquired by Digital Insurance, an employee benefits agency, according to a press release.
Digital Insurance, which has been created as a result of a corporate reorganization, will operate under the banner of its largest division, Digital Benefit Advisors, and establish an office in Boston, led by Managing Principal Kevin O’Connor.
“Bringing Kevin and his team into the DBA fold strengthens our presence in Massachusetts and across the northeast,“ said Digital Insurance Executive Vice President Mike Sullivan.
“In light of the historic changes occurring in the benefits sector, aligning with an industry leader with a proven track record helps us thrive and strengthen our marketplace position,” said O’Connor, who with work with a 14-member team in joining forces with Digital Benefits Advisors.
