WARWICK – Bentley Wealth Advisors LLC has merged with Wakefield-based Wealth Management Solutions, the company announced Wednesday.
James G. Couch, a financial adviser and the owner of Wealth Management Solutions, became a member of the Bentley Wealth team when the merger went into effect on May 1.
Couch will continue to operate his law practice as a separate business out of his existing Wakefield and Warwick office locations.
“We have worked closely with Jim and the clients of Wealth Management Solutions for many years and see this combination of resources and talents as a natural fit for the clients of both firms,” Skip Briggs, partner and managing director of Bentley Wealth Advisors, said in a prepared statement.
“Jim’s experience in the areas of estate planning and wealth transfer strategies will further strengthen our ability to provide clients with creative wealth solutions,” added Briggs.
The financial terms of the merger were not made available.
