Pamela Bibeault was recently named president of Triad Health Care LLC, where she provides clinical and administrative health care consulting services to skilled nursing facilities in southern New England. Along with her team, Bibeault works to assist these facilities in achieving optimal outcomes and compliance with state, federal and joint commission regulations. She holds related certifications in addition to a B.S. in nursing from Rhode Island College and an M.S. in health-services administration from Salve Regina University. Bibeault is a member of several organizations, including the American College of Health Care Administrators, the Rhode Island Health Care Association and Rhode Island Generations.

PBN: Tell us how long you’ve been with Triad and what’s unique about the company.
BIBEAULT: This is my 10th year with Triad. There are other consulting firms for sure, but Triad puts a very personal touch on all that we do for our clients. We have all worked in long-term care for most of our careers and understand the clients’ needs more than most. Our clients become more like friends and family and that goes a long way; it makes us want to go above and beyond and the clients know we will get the job done no matter what it takes.

PBN: What are some of the services you provide most often?
BIBEAULT: Our services are quite diverse. However, our most requested services include assistance with optimal regulatory compliance, development of QI programs that will allow the client to achieve positive resident outcomes and mentoring programs. We also do a great deal of policy writing and assure facilities are current with standards of practice. We provide peace of mind.

PBN: Is there an aspect of your job that you enjoy the most?
BIBEAULT: This job is the most challenging, yet rewarding, job I’ve ever had. Every facility has its own personality and the fact that we get to be a part of the team everywhere we go is truly special and appreciated. The client relationships that have been built over the years are valued and irreplaceable; this applies to the facility staff and the residents in each facility we have the pleasure of going to. There is nothing better than being a part of an organization’s success. To know that Triad assists them [in achieving] their goals and beyond is pretty special. [Hearing] a resident ask, “where have you been or when are you coming back?” is also extremely gratifying. •
