Brian D. Esten has been named vice president, credit administration at Bank-Newport. Esten, who has worked at the bank since 2003, is now responsible for quality control and reporting related to all bank lending areas. He previously served as assistant vice president, credit administration officer. Esten holds a B.S.B.A. in accounting from Bryant University. •
