Bristol County Savings designated SBA Preferred Lender

TAUNTON – Bristol County Savings Bank has been designated an SBA Preferred Lender, according to an announcement by the Massachusetts District of the U.S. Small Business Administration on June 12.
Under the Preferred Lender Program, Bristol County Savings Bank is delegated to authorize loan approval, as well as closing, servicing and other functions that allow a good pace for decisions on applications.
Approval to be part of the Preferred Lender Program is based on the establishment of a successful track record and a thorough understanding of SBA lending policies and procedures.
“We are delighted to name Bristol County Savings Bank as our newest SBA Preferred Lender,” said Robert H. Nelson, SBA’s district director for Massachusetts, during a recognition ceremony.
