WOONSOCKET – CVS Caremark Corp. has tapped former Staples executive Brian Tilzer to the position of senior vice president, chief digital officer.

Tilzer, who holds a bachelors of arts from Tufts University and an MBA from The Wharton School, will lead CVS’s digital innovation team. The team is responsible for “ensuring that CVS Caremark continues to use the most innovative technology available to seamlessly meet customers’ needs,” said the company.
