Carl Johnson, managing partner at BlumShapiro, has been appointed as chairman of the North American Regional Advisory Council of Baker Tilly International. Johnson has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He was named chief operating officer at BlumShapiro in 1999 prior to being named a managing partner in 2002.
