Centreville donates $250K to South County cancer facility

SOUTH KINGSTOWN – Centreville Bank recently donated $250,000 to the Campaign for Cancer Care at South County Hospital.

The announcement was made at a check presentation co-led by South County Hospital President and CEO Lou Giancola and Centreville Bank President and CEO Raymond Bolster.

The Campaign for Cancer Care is working to raise $6.5 million in support of South County Hospital’s planned Community Cancer Center, which will include a chemotherapy infusion center and offices for physicians and other care team members. The center will also offer breast tomosynthesis, or 3-D mammorgraphy, as well as other complementary therapies.
