Centreville names 3 to senior management team

WEST WARWICK – A month after being elected president, CEO and chairman of the board of trustees, Thomas J. Lamb last week announced three additions to the senior management team of Centreville Bank.
Nancy J.S. Ferrara has been appointed senior vice president of products and services, Hal Horvat is now chief lending officer and Julie Casey is the newly appointed senior vice president. Lamb lauded the trio in a statement.
“I am very pleased to have these three talented individuals on our senior management team,” Lamb said.
Ferrara, who previously served as vice president of sales management and product development, is now responsible for the retail branch network, retail operations, marketing and sales management, according to a press release. Ferrara lives in West Greenwich.
Horvat, of Cranston, hails from Mansfield Bank in Mansfield, Mass., where he served as chief operating officer. He is now responsible for directing all aspects of lending, including commercial, residential, consumer, cash management and business services.
Warwick-resident Casey will now lead the strategic planning at the banking. She previously served as the business support executive for home loan sales with Bank of America, according to the release.
“Every member of our team has extensive experience in banking and their respective fields, and all share a common vision for the future of Centreville Bank,” Lamb said.
Centreville Bank, headquartered in West Warwick, has seven branches throughout Rhode Island with $1 billion in assets.
