Charles E. Parker has been hired as executive vice president of property management at Corvias Group. He will be responsible for strategic growth initiatives for property management in the military and student housing divisions. Parker has 25 years of experience in real estate and public-partnership ventures. He holds a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. •
