SOUTH KINGSTOWN – ChartWise Medical Systems Inc., which specializes in computer-assisted documentation improvement software, said its ChartWise 2.0 product has received top reviews from providers in a recent industry report.
The report is from KLAS, which conducts health care research.
ChartWise said it received a near-perfect score in the overall satisfaction-software category with a rating of 94.6 out of 100. An additional 93 percent of ChartWise customers reported being highly satisfied with the ChartWise 2.0 tool.
Customers said that the automation provided by ChartWise significantly improved their documentation accuracy, case mix index and clinical documentation specialist productivity.
Solid query templates and easy-to-use tools contributed to the company’s positive reviews, a news release from ChartWise said.
