CharterCARE names counsel, finance VP

PROVIDENCE – CharterCARE Health Partners has appointed two new officers.
David Ragosta has been named vice president of finance operations and Moshe Berman has been named general counsel.
Berman will principally be responsible for the legal affairs for CharterCARE Health Partners and its subsidiaries and affiliates. He will also serve as a member of senior leadership and provide support with respect to the implementation of company initiatives, corporate governance, contracts, risk management, litigation, business transactions and regulatory compliance.
Ragosta will work with operations to ensure financial focus in decision-making and execution of initiatives that have immediate and long-term financial benefit to the organization. •
