We have an open-door policy. We also have weekly meetings to discuss cases as well as new ideas and/or concerns.

With trust, flexibility and recognizing individual and team accomplishments.

What’s the best way you call out special efforts by employees?

After noteworthy accomplishments, CCK team members are publicly recognized by the firm’s leadership [and] recognized at weekly meetings.
