Citizens taps former Fidelity adviser to join Private Bank & Trust division

PROVIDENCE – Citizens Financial Group last month tapped a former Fidelity Investments wealth management adviser to join its Private Bank & Trust division in Providence.
William Logan joins the company with 25 years of experience in the net-high worth and family marketplace. He’s assuming the title of senior vice president and senior banking, according to a press release. Logan comes to Citizens from Fidelity where he worked with clients to provide brokerage, custody, wealth management, investment, reporting and administrative solutions, according to the release.
Tim Swanson, head of Citizens Private Bank & Trust, in a statement lauded both Logan and Howard Margolis, who is joining the same division and will be based in Detroit.
“Both Bill and Howard bring decades of top-notch client services as well as sales and business development experience that will be instrumental to Citizens as we continue to grow our wealth management business,” Swanson said. “We are pleased to welcome them to the organization.”
