Clinical Services adds South County location

SOUTH KINGSTOWN – Clinical Services of Rhode Island, a substance abuse-treatment provider, recently opened a location at South County Commons on Route 1.
CSRI, which also has locations in Smithfield and Portsmouth, provides help for those struggling with addiction through education, assessment, intervention, treatment and monitoring.
“There is an enormous need for substance abuse-treatment services in Rhode Island,” said Reinhard Straub, CSRI’s executive director. “Everyone touched by addiction deserves a chance to regain their life. Now, with centers in all corners of the state, we’re able to offer quality services to Rhode Islanders close to home, wherever that may be.”
CSRI’s clinical program coordinates outpatient individual and group therapies, family counseling and abstinence-based programs like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous to help those struggling with substance abuse achieve sobriety. If inpatient services are needed, CSRI also provides financial and placement counseling. •
