Cloud Silver Lining triples sales, reports CEO

Posted 3/6/13

PROVIDENCE – Cloud-based IT services company Cloud Silver Lining has seen sales relating to professional services and IT migration triple since its inception, announced the company’s President and CEO Bob Shinn.

The CEO of the two-year-old IT-as-a-service company said the company’s sales are expected to increase by an additional 300 percent. The company has also increased its sales force by 600 percent to support and expand this development, said Shinn.

“Sales-position opportunities within our company continue to exist due to our basic philosophy. We devote 90 percent investment of personnel to client-facing positions and only 10 percent to support staff,” said Shinn. “We focus heavily on the intimate details of our customers’ goals, challenges, needs and long-range business plans. This investment has paid off, resulting in our rapid growth.”

Headquartered in Chicago, Cloud Silver Lining has a Business Innovation Center in Providence and satellite officer positioned nationally and in the United Kingdom.
