What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
Collette employees are given paid time to volunteer at nonprofit and philanthropic organizations.
What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
We look for employees to have a passion for travel and education [and] who are interested in helping to move the company forward.
What three words would staff use to describe the workplace?
Team-oriented. Close-knit. Exciting.
What is your biggest challenge in creating a great place to work?
It is a challenge to grow quickly and maintain the level of intense training that we expect.
What is the most important benefit the company provides?
Collette offers a robust benefit package where the company absorbs most of the costs.
