Cross to sponsor Gillette center

FOXBOROUGH – Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots, will be sporting some new looks in 2015, including the Cross Insurance Pavilion and Business Center – a rentable year-round space for business meetings, trade shows, proms, dinners or cocktail receptions.
Maine-based Cross Insurance, a family-owned and operated insurance agency with offices in East Providence, is scheduled to open the 20,000-square-foot facility inside the Bank of America gate of Gillette Stadium this summer.
“Cross Insurance is extremely excited about aligning our brand with an excellent organization that has been a staple in not only the sports and entertainment industries, but all of New England as well,” said Royce Cross, president and CEO of Cross Insurance, in a statement. “We are thrilled to partner with Gillette Stadium to ensure the Cross Insurance Pavilion and Business Center is a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience for patrons.”
Facility features include a pre-function mezzanine area, outdoor terrace and access to the stadium’s 100-level concourse.
“The Cross Insurance Pavilion and Business Center is an exciting addition to our hospitality and special events business, as we continue to implement upgrades geared toward further enhancing our guest experience at Gillette Stadium,” said Jim Nolan, stadium senior vice president of operations, finance and administration. “We are proud to partner with Cross Insurance, a great New England company, to offer this state-of-the-art facility to our guest.”
Cross Insurance employs more than 650 employees in more than 35 offices across New England. It is a subsidiary of Cross Financial Corp.
