Customers names Paniccia regional manager

WYOMISSING, Pa. – Customers Bank has named Cathleen Paniccia regional manager and vice president of mortgage banking for the bank’s New England market. She will be based in Providence as part of the Customers Bank New England Market President Steve Issa.
Paniccia previously was director of home ownership for Rhode Island Housing, the state finance agency, where she was responsible for overseeing retail, wholesale and correspondent lending activities and home ownership retention services.
A resident of Cranston, Paniccia is on the board of the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association and the East Bay Community Development Corporation.
