PROVIDENCE – Donoghue Barrett & Singal announced last week that Stephen F. Del Sesto has joined its Providence office as a partner, a move that marks a “major expansion of the scope and depth of its legal services.”
Del Sesto previously practiced at Shechtman Halperin Savage in Pawtucket. Del Sesto specializes in corporate insolvency and restructuring, general corporate counsel, and business and civil litigation. He has more than a decade of experience managing high-profile receivership matters and insolvent businesses, creditors’ and debtors’ rights issues, commercial real estate transactions, commercial zoning and licensing, and commercial business transactions.
Del Sesto provided legal counsel and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, which was successfully brought out of receivership and purchased by Prime Healthcare Services last November. •
