Swanhurst Chorus, Rhode Island’s oldest continually performing chorus, will treat its audience to dinner and a show during its 19th annual Tribute to Broadway. Starting Saturday, the chorus will perform Frank Loesser’s 1950 hit “Guys and Dolls.” Audience members will hear the show’s standard tunes, including “I Got the Horse Right Here,” and “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ the Boat,” as they enjoy lunch or dinner and desserts. Swanhurst’s dinner theater-style shows feature intimate staging that attempt to recreate shows held in the back alleys of 1930s New York.
