Does the continuing drop in passenger traffic at T.F. Green Airport affect your thinking about the extension of the runway there?

With Air Canada suspending service from T.F. Green Airport to Toronto last week, Rhode Island lost its last international flight.
Traffic has been declining for a number of years at the state’s only major commercial airport, leading some to wonder if the planned extension of the main runway at the airport is needed.
