Dr. Timothy Babineau, president and CEO of Lifespan, has been named to the governing board of University HealthSystem Consortium, an alliance of academic medical centers and affiliated hospital organizations. Babineau is a board-certified general surgeon and holds a medical degree from the University of Massachusetts, in addition to an MBA from Boston University. •
