How do you encourage employee feedback?
Dryvit has an open-door policy [and] a suggestion box where employees can submit their thoughts and challenges anonymously.
What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
Sustainability efforts. This includes recycling programs, reduction of waste and paper use, and fundraising for local charities.
What do you expect from employees that other companies don’t?
We would like all employees to work hard and play hard.
What three words would staff use to describe the workplace?
Family-friendly. Safe. Enjoyable.
What is the most important benefit the company provides?
Comprehensive family health and life insurance benefits now, and a pension program and 401(k) for down the road.
