Duncan Maio, general manager of Mystic Scenic Studios Inc., has been named to the board of directors of Discover Newport. Maio will serve a three-year term, representing the town of Barrington. He has served on the town’s building board of review and the planning board. He currently serves as a board member for Friends of the Bay Spring Community Center. •
