The 200-year-old Federal-Style mansion, Linden Place, is now decorated for the holidays and open for visitors. This year’s theme, “The Poetry of Christmas,” celebrates the holiday season as a source of inspiration for poets, songwriters and storytellers. Decorations in the mansion reflect the theme by incorporating lines and lyrics of popular works and the colors of white, gold and silver. Throughout the month of December, visitors are invited to explore the mansion and learn more about its history by taking a tour, available Tuesdays through Saturdays.
