LINCOLN – Fellowship Health Resources Inc. announced Debra Paul will serve as its new president and CEO following the retirement of Joseph Dziobek, who served in the position for nearly three decades.
Paul has acted as chief financial officer of the nonprofit behavioral healthcare facility since 2012, and prior to that, spent six years as CFO at Women and Infants hospital.
“I am honored to accept the important responsibility of leading FHR, an organization that makes a significant impact in the communities we serve,” Paul said in prepared remarks.

Lincoln-based FHR serves individuals recovering from afflictions including addiction and mental illness.
Under the leadership of Dziobek, the nonprofit’s annual revenue grew from $1 million to $33 million, according to a release. Dziobek is also recognized for FHR currently running 74 programs in seven states. The organization serves approximately 3,500 people a year.
“It has been a privilege to lead FHR through a period of significant transformation,” Dziobek said in a statement. “I am very excited to see FHR’s next chapter, and am certain that Debra possesses the skill set and dedication needed to propel the organization forward.”
