The Rhode Island Hospitality Association will offer a ServSafe Food Safety Manager’s Full Certification class at the United Way, 50 Valley St., Providence from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This is a two-day class, with the second class being held at the same time Tuesday, June 26. The class will cover all aspects of safely managing the flow of food and meets state health-department requirements for food-safety licensing.
Fees for the class are $204.95 for members and $224.95 for nonmembers.
