NORTH PROVIDENCE – Fatima Hospital, a Catholic community hospital with revenues in excess of $144 million, recently named Dr. Raffi Calikyan as president of medical staff.
Calikyan, whose specialties are critical care medicine and pulmonary disease, has been on staff at Fatima since 1999.
“I am looking forward to this important role during an especially exciting and eventful time in health care,” said Dr. Calikyan. “This talented and dedicated medical staff is committed to working with hospital leadership to ensure quality care is delivered at the highest level.”
Fatima is an affiliate of CharterCARE Health Partners and provides a range of services with close to 1,000 employees.
Fatima President Thomas Hughes said in a statement that Calikyan has “a distinguished history of service to his patients and Fatima Hospital.”
