Friday, hear the sounds of New England Scottish Fiddle Champion Katie McNally and mandolin and guitar player Eric McDonald as they take the stage at Sandywoods Center for the Arts. The pair will perform updated works that are based in the Scottish tradition. McDonald and McNally began playing together in high school, after finding each other to be like-minded musicians in the Boston traditional music scene. McNally is a recent graduate of Tufts University, and McDonald is a former student of Berklee College of Music.
