Ocean State Theatre Co.’s production of Neil Simon’s “Fools” will run through Sunday at its new facility in Warwick. The production centers on Leon Tolchinsky, a young school teacher who falls in love before realizing the object of his affection and his entire town have been literally cursed with stupidity. Leon has 24 hours to break the curse and save his love. Following select evening performances, the audience can stick around for a “Foolish Cabaret” in the theatre’s lobby, where patrons will be entertained by cast members and staff, and can purchase beverages and appetizers from the bar.
