Ground broken for apartments designed by Northeast Collaborative Architects

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – A groundbreaking ceremony was held recently for the College Street Apartments, a 93-unit apartment building designed by Northeast Collaborative Architects of Providence.
The project was designed for client Hajjar Management. Comeau and Kelly Construction Inc., of Stoughton, Mass., will build the project.
The apartment buildings will be located at Broad and College streets, with 2,500 square-feet of commercial space on College Street. Middletown is home to Wesleyan University.
