Home builder seeks contractors, suppliers

DRACUT, Mass. – A New Zealand-based custom home builder, G.J. Gardner Homes, has launched a New England franchise with headquarters in Dracut, Mass., and is seeking contractors, entrepreneurs and suppliers.
The company has built 30,000 houses in New Zealand and the United States since its founding in Queensland in 1983, according to a news release.
The company has franchises in California, Colorado, Texas, Indiana, Massachusetts and Wyoming.
