Cash is king! Without it, your business is going nowhere but under. Improving financial performance is a major challenge that businesses face constantly but is essential to being successful. This workshop uncovers the relationship between activities and financial performance helping you make the most of your organization’s assets and prevent cash leaks.

You will learn how to:

• Have effective measurements,

• Establish a solid financial position, and

• Execute “win-win” relationships.

Manage your cash flow. Don't let it manage you!
